The primary focus of The Coughlin Company's consulting work with organizations is on strategic acceleration, which includes these four critical areas:

Dan Coughlin works directly with the top six to ten executives in the client organization to formulate their organization's strategy for the next 24-36 months. Many times, he then works with this executive group on clearly communicating the strategy to all members of the organization and key suppliers. With many clients, he works with key members to make sure that the planned tactics and activities supporting the strategy are being implemented. He also comes back to conduct strategy audits to ensure the key items identified in the strategy formulation have been executed. For many clients, the work on Strategic Acceleration involves a focus on innovation and branding.
