As an Executive Coach, he has provided more than 1,500 coaching sessions for division presidents, vice-presidents, and senior directors in Fortune 500 companies and major privately owned firms. As an OD (Organizational Development) Consultant, Dan focuses on strategy, planning, and execution. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in arts and teaching from Webster University. He has served as an adjunct professor on entrepreneurship and business for St. Louis University and Webster University. Dan lives in St. Louis, MO with his wife, Barb, and their children, Sarah and Ben.
